Chapter 165: Official Claim
Jules’s pov
"Do you want to be marked by me?" Blaze’s voice was so low that I could have almost sworn I didn’t hear him. I was currently leaning my head against his chest, while he had his arms around my body here in his bed.
"Huh?" I echoed after pulling away from his chest a little to peer into his face.
When he glanced down at me, his eyes held a bunch of emotions in it as he reached up and stroked his thumb across my cheek.
"So stunning." He breathed out and I felt my breath hitch in the next moment. He tilted my chin up and leaned down to graze his lips across mine, waking up the butterflies in my stomach who’ve all went to sleep.
"I want to claim you... officially." He announced after pulling away and I felt my eyes widened a fraction.
"Oh." I mumbled, mind still processing what he had just said and he hummed while nodding, hand reaching up to brush my hair out of my face.
"I’ve been thinking, with so many bastards having their eyes on you, I think the best thing for me to do is to claim you officially, and that involves me giving you a mating bite." He continued and my stomach clenched up, mind coming at alert even more.
I had literally never imagined that I’d ever have to get a mating bite before, because I’ve always assumed I’d get married to a fellow warlock or witch.
