Chapter 144: At The Cafe
Jules’ pov
It didn’t take long for the car to pull up in front of what looks like a cafe.
"We’re having this discussion in a cafe?" Kim asked after a fleeting moment just as the engine of the car got turned off.
"Jules needs to eat, so that’s where we’d have the conversation." Blaze responding without wasting time and i felt my heart flutter a little.
Kim pursed his lips and remained silent and Blaze opened the door and slid out, and then he held a hand out to me, which I accepted with slightly flushed cheeks because of the two onlookers from the front of the car.
Kim stepped out of the car as well, along with Roy who was bouncing on his feet.
"Wait in the car." Blaze said to Roy but he huffed and shook his head adamantly.
"But I’m hungry too! I wanna eat as well." He almost whined out in response and I watched as Blaze scowled at him, but Roy didn’t seem fazed in any way. If anything, he only grinned harder until Blaze reluctantly agreed for him to come with us.
We headed into the cafe in the next moment, and it was thankfully not packed up. Roy selected a table by the window and we all moved towards that exact one. Our sitting arrangements had me beside Blaze, with Roy and Kim sitting in front of us.
