Chapter 136: Telling Taylor Off
When I glanced back at Taylor, he had a scowl across his face.
He took a step backwards before throwing his hands in the air and starting to speak.
"Well, I can’t overlook your foolishness, Jules. Nor can I respect your decision. I refuse to do that, knowing fully well that you’re only putting yourself in danger." He blurted out, eyes angry as he spoke and I began to massage my forehead in the next moment.
I noticed Josh getting to his feet almost immediately just as Taylor continued.
"I refuse to respect your decision. I’d never do it. That’s the last thing I’d ever do!" He continued, sounding extremely worked up and I let out a long sigh as I leveled him with a frustrated look.
"Why are you so against Blaze?" I demanded, watching as Taylor pushed his hair out of his face.
"Why? Can you give me one reason?" I took a step closer to him as I continued to speak. "You’re always so against him. It’s like you have something personal against him or something. I don’t know, but I’m curious. So far, I believe there has got to be an actual reason as to why you hate him so much."
Taylor pursed his lips and folded his arms, and then he averted his gaze from mine, head turned sideways.
I let out a disbelieving scoff and massaged my forehead again.
"I need you to give me a reason, Taylor. There has got to be a reason as to why you’re so against him. So, what is it? Go ahead and say it right now. Let me know what it is." I called out again, watching as he let out a long sigh once again.
"You won’t understand." He finally responded and I let out another disbelieving scoff, unable to believe my ears.
