Chapter 41 Your Girlfriend is Really Beautiful

Chen Fan and Su Qingyan sat together, while Song Qian sat opposite them.
Song Qian’s drunkenness had mostly faded, and she sized up Su Qingyan, internally marveling at how there could be such a beautiful woman in the world.
"Chen Fan, your girlfriend is really pretty," Song Qian said tentatively.
Just as Chen Fan was about to explain that Su Qingyan was not his girlfriend, Su Qingyan interjected with a "Thank you."
Chen Fan was taken aback, then scratched his head awkwardly and followed with a "Thank you."
A hint of disappointment flashed in Song Qian’s eyes, but she quickly regained her composure.
"Zhao Cheng, the eldest son of the Zhao family, almost died at your hands. He definitely won’t let this go. It’s all my fault; I’ve gotten you into such big trouble," Song Qian said, full of self-reproach.
Chen Fan spoke seriously, "I’ve had issues with that Zhao Cheng before, so you don’t need to blame yourself. Be careful these days; that bastard won’t be smug for long."
The three of them continued to chat awkwardly for a while, and then Chen Fan drove Su Qingyan home.
