Chapter 5 She’s Not Worthy of You
On the second floor of the Western restaurant.
Chen Fan and Su Qingyan sat down again.
"I'm really sorry for startling you," Chen Fan said with an apologetic tone.
Su Qingyan stared at Chen Fan, "She was unfaithful to you and caused such a scene without reason. Do you plan to keep enduring this?"
Chen Fan smiled wryly, "I'm already planning to divorce."
Su Qingyan nodded, "That's a good decision. She doesn't deserve you."
After a slight pause, she added, "Although you're not exactly a catch either."
Chen Fan: "..."
There was a brief, awkward silence.
Suddenly, Chen Fan spoke earnestly, "Miss Su, I swear, what happened last night, I really didn't do it on purpose. But I've said I would take responsibility for you, and I will absolutely do it, with no broken promises!"
Su Qingyan curled her lips, "Take responsibility? With what? The twenty-something dollars you scraped together?"
