Liu Limin had mentioned opening a wine shop before, so this time Lin Yuan planned to secure both locations during her visit.
The busiest street in the Capital city was naturally Central Street, but the shops there were mostly opened by people related to the Imperial Court’s dignitaries, like Drunken Immortal Tower and Red Smoke Pavilion. Thus, buying a shop there was as difficult as reaching the heavens, and nobody would easily sell their shop.
Giving up on Central Street, Lin Yuan then turned to nearby streets. The southern part of the city was mostly inhabited by commoners, and opening Frost Pavilion and the wine shop there would hardly attract any customers. The eastern part was where the wealthy lived; buying a shop there would be ideal since women were plentiful.
