The Magic Academy's Physicist

Chapter 109: Its A Conspiracy, Not A Rendezvous (2)

The daughter of the Totzfel family, Angelica Totzfel.

She had been born as a member of a Grand Duke family, but never once considered herself as privileged. No matter how many times she learned aristocratic etiquette, it would never stick with her and most of all, it was bothersome.

The way her family pestered her to study had only sounded like nagging. Though she wasn’t stupid, she wasn’t a genius, either. It was just enough that she could make it into Tilette by trying her hardest.

Because of her family’s suggestion that had been more like blackmail, Angelica had been forced to take the Tilette exams. And she had passed.

But the sense of pride of having accomplished something at the end of her teenage years had been brief. The Totzfels had taken it for granted, as most of their family consisted of gifted people.

Her admissions score had been on the low end, and her marks afterwards didn’t seem to improve, either.

It was no surprise, since Angelica had no interest in studying. Her interests solely lied in journalism and the latest camera.

She had no connections with the geniuses who’d get perfect on tests after reading over the textbook once. She couldn’t understand the way their minds worked and there was no need to.

The same could be said for the international elf student and the Golden-Eyed who had just entered.

She had heard that the Golden-Eyed girl even wrote and published a remarkable paper, but it wasn’t a topic of interest for Angelica who had nothing to do with academics.

For her, it was about exciting and entertaining gossip. It was much more rewarding to cover interesting issues and incidents within the Academy.
