Mukyeong looked down at the missed call number and pressed the call button. Just then, the door burst open, and a man with a desperate expression approached Mukyeong.
"What is it?"
"Mr. Gu Hongju went to the House alone. They say the atmosphere isn't good, and there might be another assault."
Mukyeong furrowed his brow in annoyance at the unexpected report.
"What?"
The call continued to ring. Nearby, Minho, flipping through some documents, pushed up his glasses and scrutinized Mukyeong. As expected, Mukyeong abruptly stood up, and Minho quickly grabbed his arm.
"Let go."
Mukyeong shook off his hand irritably, but Minho clung on firmly again.
"How did he even get there, damn it."
Why did Gu Hongju go to the House alone? It's quite a distance; how did he manage? It was infuriating that nothing was clear about what had happened while he was briefly away.
