Chapter 48: Red Brick House
The woman standing blankly in front of the table glanced between her smartphone and the two seated before her. Then her expression lit up as she spoke.
“Um... are you really Ayun-nim?”
“...That’s right.”
Ayun instantly sensed that this was the viewer who had sent the long, heartfelt story.
Didn’t expect it to be a woman.
Having assumed from the writing style and chat messages that the sender was male, Ayun found herself suddenly tense, adopting a more cautious tone.
The woman, her face now lively, reached out toward Ayun and spoke in a small voice.
“Um... would it be okay if I held your hand for a moment?”
“Huh...? Uh, sure?”
Ayun thought she was asking for a handshake and offered her hand—but flinched when the woman boldly grasped it with both hands.
The woman gently squeezed Ayun’s soft hand, toying with it between her fingers.
“Wow... your hands are really soft, unnie.”
