The loud sound of someone slamming a desk startled Eisel awake.

"... Huh? No?"
"Pretending not to sleep, huh? Meditation time is basically nap time anyway."

Only then did Eisel realize that the lecture she had been listening to was meditation. Normally, she would have fallen into a deep meditation, but perhaps due to the fatigue she had been feeling over the past few days, she couldn't focus properly during meditation and kept nodding off.
