I used Flash after abruptly shifting my body in the front. Shortly later, the flame exploded into tongues of fire where I was going to land a split second before.

It had the same explosive power as a small bomb.
Because of the acceleration of the fall, I could not control my body even after the Flash was over, and I slammed my head on a rock, causing it to hurt.
