"You can go down anytime. The banquet starts at eight. There’s still time, so just take a look around and have some fun."
Cyan Marshall gave these instructions to Bella Woods before leaving.
However, Bella Woods didn’t plan on going down. She was sure that Cyan Marshall had arranged everything, and she just needed to make an appearance when the banquet started. Bella decided to wait upstairs until it was time to go down.
The time was 7:40.
The door of the dressing room was knocked on: "Miss Woods, Mrs. Hughes asked me to escort you downstairs."
