Bella Woods’ attitude was very clear, which surprised not only Ethan Marshall but even Calvin Marshall about Bella Woods’ straightforward attitude.
"You should leave now. If you don’t, I’ll contact your mother. I assume you don’t want her too involved in your matters."
Bella Woods didn’t even look at Ethan Marshall anymore and instead focused her attention on the painting, contemplating how to better present the scenery before her.
Ethan Marshall was unwilling to give up, "Don’t you want to know why even with the relationship between you and Oliver Hughes, Ashton Marshall still insists on being with you?"
"Sixty, could you please contact Mrs. Sutton?" Bella Woods completely disregarded what Ethan Marshall was saying.
Calvin Marshall hesitated for a few seconds before reacting and hurriedly took out his phone.
When Calvin Marshall was about to unlock it for a call, Ethan Marshall reached out to hold him back and sighed, "No need. I’ll leave now."
"But, Bella Woods, if you want answers, come to me anytime. I’ll tell you. The truth behind the scenes is something you need to know; otherwise, it wouldn’t be fair."
Leaving those words, Ethan Marshall finally turned and left.
Calvin Marshall stood there, watching Ethan Marshall leave and then looked at Bella Woods, who remained unmoved by Ethan Marshall’s words. He actually admired Bella Woods’ decisiveness.
