In the Adkins estate, over at the Penthouse, Penny sat before her dressing mirror as she watched the maids add different colours to her already beautiful face.
Attending Ariana’s engagement party was the last thing on her mind, but Hughes had forced her to attend.
Her maid did bring up a few good points that she loved and wanted to try out.
After everything they discovered two days ago, Hughes just wanted to mock Ariana herself. She wanted to do to Ariana everything she had planned for Penny. Ari deserves all of the humiliation and more. And Penny was here for it.
She smiled at the thought. She had told Hughes to stop but her housekeeper just wouldn’t listen. In her defense, she said she had promised Osvaldo to take care of their miss Penny and anyone who dares hurt her would face the consequences.
