"Will you be my lover Penguin?" Osvaldo asked with a straight face. His playful nature was now gone and replaced by seriousness. A seriousness that made Penny’s heart beat so fast.
No man has asked her these questions before. She would have thought he was joking if he was mad, but right now, Osvaldo is more than normal tonight.
But then again, why would she take his words seriously? This is the same man who didn’t know about a cell phone or how to use it. How can he possibly know what being a lover is?
Penny nodded at her words and brushed his words off. The only mad that had actually made her feel this way before was Chris, and she had long buried such feelings the very day she betrayed her.
"This is not a time to joke Mr Osvaldo. We should be thinking of how to get you out of here." Penny said in a hushed tone amidst the commotion going on outside.
"Besides, I’m already your wife Mr Osvaldo. I cannot be your lover anymore." Penny said turning back to the door.
"Who says I’m joking?" He asked so calmly and Penny froze again. Her heart beat hit faster this time as she stared at him.
"If you won’t be my lover, will you be his lover and Mistress then?" Osvaldo asked again confusing the girl before him.
