Chapter 35: The Golden One 1
(Third Person POV)
Dormon stood leaning against a tree, looking at the two people in front of him.
Tiran quickly approached and reached Dormon’s side to help him stand.
"Dormon, what happened? Why are you injured like this? And why did you come from that path?"
A look of anger appeared on Dormon’s face. He took a deep breath before answering the Duke’s question.
"Your Grace, I was informed that you wanted us to take this path, and as soon as I arrived here, I was swiftly transported to an unknown place."
Tiran remained standing beside him, waiting for the man to continue speaking.
"There, I met someone called ’The Golden One.’ He told me he was the one behind all of this. After injuring me like this, he sent me back to this place."
Dormon finished speaking and sat on the ground as his injuries began to hurt more.
Orlax stepped forward and looked at the man sitting on the ground.
"’The Golden One’? What did he look like? And did you recognize the place you were transported to?"
