Zhu Bajie hurriedly said, "Please, maiden, go inside and report that I am a monk on a journey to the Western Direction to seek scriptures. We have encountered this Flame Mountain and have come to respectfully borrow the Banana Leaf Fan."
The female demon was taken aback and inquired, "Which monastery are you a monk from, and what is your name? So that I can announce you."
Zhu Bajie quickly replied, "We come from the Great Tang of the Eastern Land, I am Zhu Bajie and that is my elder brother Sun Wukong."
The female demon nodded, closed the door, and went inside to report.
After the girl closed the door, she returned to the depths of the cave, took several turns, crossed two stone bridges, and arrived at a stone chamber.
