The Reborn Witch had a nice 'Tea Time' with the Dragon Queen today

Chapter 81: After the Glacier Melts – A Dragon’s Promise and a Vampire’s Return

"...even when you’re asleep, you remain cuter than a snowflake, my love."

The Dragon Queen let out an exhausted chuckle, her claw were completely chipped away as the fleshes’ tips were marred by frostbites, her scales no longer flared fiery mana or steams, and her arms limped even as she petted Demond’s head on her thigh, who was now mumbling and sleeping in peace.

At least...it is finally over. Adrei glanced at the clear sky now dangling a moon, raining pillars of gracefulness rather than glitters of absolute carnage. Her scaled dome had been completely ripped to shreds, cracks couldn’t even begin to describe the massive gaps that had given out here and there, no doubt allowing the frost pollens to fall all over the town. Well...Alice happened, and the Dragon did her best. She decided not to blame herself for what’s to come.

The Dragon Queen stared at the witchs dried, bloodied lips which opened and closed, a groan in-between each gasp. Don’t touch the cabbages, she grumbled. At least leave the potatoes alone for your practice, she pleaded. Adrei blinked as she plafully played with the witch’s whimpering lips. It must be another one of Alice’s ’little’ prank, just as the ’little glacier explosion’ she dropped on the town.

For a moment, the Peacekeeper inside her had adjusted priorities. How much will the human Queen compensate after this? How will the relationship between Dragons and Humans escalate after the incident of Rouen? But...as the husband to Demond, as she swiped and pinched the sand-like glossiness of her Witch, the Dragon Queen couldn’t wait instead for a reward for both of thier efforts instead.

What came before peace, after all...was always her savior, Demond, the one who brought her out of the Tyrant’s way, the one who journeyed across the battlefield to meet her wraith alone, the one who embodied the true ideals for what a ’Peace’ should be in the form of a beautiful wife.

...ah...maybe a taste wouldn’t hurt?

Adrei shook her head, for she was not a hungry demon that would violate a cute priestess in her sleep. As her draconic irises stared at Demond’s cute peaceful face, her huffing-puffiing chests, and the little feet out from her skirt...she couldn’t wait till the waking moment to claim her again.

...come to think of it, there is the promise to touch upon the cavern’s sweetness, didn’t she? A teasing smile curled up from the Dragon’s lips, for she thought of a plan to relieve them both from the recent, unjusted conflict forced upon them.
