Chapter 68: inpatient wolf
Rolan looked at her, his eyes dark and unreadable, his smile soft yet sinking into her heart. She knew what was coming.
The moment his lips crashed against hers, it felt like electricity surging through her body. His tongue tangled with hers, stealing her breath, leaving her dizzy and wanting more.
His hands wandered down to her curves, caressing it as he kissed her deeper. The warmth in her belly built up again, intensifying with every touch, every kiss. Rose felt like moaning—she wanted to, but she held herself back.
Rolan pulled away slightly, their lips parting with a soft sound, his gaze locked onto hers.
"Don’t hold back," he murmured. "If you keep quiet, I won’t give you what you want."
Rose’s chest rose and fell in a rhythmic motion, her body betraying her. She glared at him, her voice unsteady.
"I want your touch," she admitted. "But I don’t need you. Get out of here."
Rolan chuckled, his amusement evident. "Your mouth says one thing, but your body tells the truth. Look at yourself—if you really wanted me to leave, you would’ve pushed me away."
Rose’s eyes widened. She glanced down, realizing with shock that her arms were wrapped tightly around him.
"You—it’s not like that," she stammered, her face burning with embarrassment.
Rolan chuckled again, and before she could react, he crashed his lips onto hers, stealing her breath once more.
