As Rose ended her call with Rolan, she received another call—one she did not want to pick up, thinking it was Rolan again. She almost ended the call when she glanced at the screen and saw that it was Mr. Kelvin.
She gasped, taking a deep breath and hiding her excitement as she answered. After all, this concerned her business—he was her helper, and his call was important.
"Hello, Mr. Kelvin," Rose said, keeping a calm tone. She had almost forgotten that she was still annoyed with his attitude from last time.
Mr. Kelvin’s voice came from the other side of the phone. "Miss Rose, are you serious about your business? If you are, you better come to me right now. I’m at the building we’re going to buy for your company."
His voice sounded more serious than usual, and Rose immediately understood—he was always this way when it came to business.
Her heart raced as she processed the unexpected news.
Today, she was going to see the building for her company.
Her excitement couldn’t be hidden.
"Yes, Mr. Kelvin! Thank you very much... I’ll be there. Just send me the location," Rose said eagerly.
She heard a slight hum of agreement from Mr. Kelvin before the call ended abruptly. Just as she was about to react, she received a notification. Opening it, she saw the text with the location. Without wasting time, she immediately called Taxi to tell him where to take her.
Inside the car, Rose called Zara to share her excitement.
