B4 | Epilogue
Somewhere within the Quantum Realm
The Quantum Ruler silently taps his finger on his throne as he watches the Quantum Reaper once again go at the scorpions in the Tier 5 dungeon. All through a screen of his own that he stole from the System.
Time flows rather quickly…
It only feels like it’s been a few short months since Alexia became his granddaughter. Became the Quantum Reaper.
And yet it’s actually been years since, and now she is getting close to Ascendancy.
The true birth period of devourers.
Which also means it’s the true period of her rebirth as the Quantum Reaper.
Out of nowhere, he stops tapping his finger on the armrest of his throne as he glances over towards the side. Where he feels some corrupted creatures breaking into the Quantum Realm. Only for them to be annihilated instantly by the Quantum Judge, who has been sulking in the Quantum Realm ever since the new Quantum Architect’s successor was chosen and labeled as such.
Making his previous job null and void in the process.
The Quantum Ruler turns his attention away from the sulking quantum being to focus on the area that the corrupted creatures entered the Quantum Realm through. And the moment he does, he sees the Corrupted One himself peeking into the Quantum Realm.

The Quantum Ruler’s heart tightens a little at the sight of his brother, even if said brother leaves right away without a word.
But he knows this won’t be the last time he’ll see him. And with the Quantum Reaper’s Ascension coming soon, it’s only a matter of time before the war truly begins.
He turns his gaze back onto the Quantum Reaper once more.
Survive and grow stronger, granddaughter, for the universe requires it. And so do the lives of every living thing in existence.
Somewhere within the corrupted portion of the Universe
The Corrupted One closes the entrance to the Quantum Realm he had opened up as a test. Then he turns to look at the army of trillions of corrupted creature’s he’s amassed over the years. An army large enough to combat the army of quantum creatures within the Quantum Realm.
And after staring at them for a second, he turns his gaze onto the Dimensional Grid created by the System. That creation of the Quantum Architect that’s been getting in his way recently.
Several seconds pass in seconds before the Corrupted One’s glitchy form glitches several times back to back. Then he focuses on the army in front of him and orders them to begin the assault.
Making the massive army stretching further than the eyes can see immediately begin its march. With half of them marching on the Quantum Realm as the Corrupted One breaks open numerous entrances into it all at once for them to enter. And the other half moving towards the Dimensional Grid, immediately beginning to overrun the outer Grids of the place.
But even as he does all of this, the Corrupted One doesn’t say a single word. And all of the corrupted creatures stay eerily quiet as they march as well.
Leaving the only sounds amongst the army being that of the glitching sounds that accompany the corrupted creatures.
The Corrupted One watches them all move for a short while before glancing at the sight of the Quantum Vanguard immediately beginning to fight against his army in the Quantum Realm. Then he turns his gaze in the direction of a single Tier 5 dungeon within the Dimensional Grid.
One where the Quantum Reaper is currently within.
And without saying a word, he just sits and watches.
Waiting for her to reach Ascendancy and challenge him at last.
