"They're my fellow interns. What's the issue?" Ryoma explained calmly.
"Nothing," Rize replied, her tone deceptively light. "I just find it funny that you keep saying you like me, yet you're so close to other girls."
Her voice carried a teasing lilt, but Ryoma could tell there was a sharper edge beneath it.
From the scents lingering on him, Rize knew those two girls had been in close contact with him. Their scents were the strongest among all the traces Ryoma carried.
Clearly, this wasn't just from fighting alongside them — it was the unmistakable scent that lingered after someone had been physically close for a while.
