Chapter 1297: Personally Getting Involved
What had once been one of the four great forbidden regions in the Fourth Star Ring was now collapsing. Nothing therein would exist ever again. It had become empty and void.
The ‘existential conception’ within it was peeled away and smashed into oblivion. The chaotic flow of space-time within it came to be nothing. It was like an unchangeable constant that would exist for all eternity.
However, on the outside, paramount entities like the Immortal Paragon in the Fourth Star Ring and the God Paragons in the other star rings were currently deeply focused on another location.
The spot thēy were looking at was a location where the Fourth Star Ring abutted the Third Star Ring. Ripples flowed in that area. It was as if some entity were moving through that area by some unimaginable means, and in a way that someone without the personhood of a God Paragon could not perceive.
The living beings who resided in that part of the starry sky couldn’t see it or sense it in any way. It was something that they weren’t capable of understanding. Even gods hiding in that area were unaware. Whatever that unique entity was, it surpassed the limits of thēir perception. It was almost like an abstract conception.
And that conception... was the old God Paragon who had just fled from the rift! Hīs body encompassed the starry sky, and hīs consciousness surpassed space-time. Hīs existence became a part of all living things, and hīs speed could not be described.
What was more, hē was fleeing. As hē moved along, a tempest swept through the star ring. Countless gruish beings proliferated within the tempest, then died an instant later, becoming a beginning and end, or fate and destiny. They became part of that conception, and part of hīs forward momentum.
As a result, hē was rapidly approaching the Third Star Ring.
However, hīs consciousness was trembling. It was because hē was fully aware that there could be great differences between different God Paragons. And though Eminent Desolation had obviously suffered a severe injury, hīs personhood was half a step into the Living God level. And that was the highest there could be in the higher star rings.
Because of that, Eminent Desolation would cause fear to rise in the heart of any God Paragon. Hē was an unstoppable force!
