Chapter 1171: Two Excited Swords
As of this moment, Sir Star Ring was revealing the true nature of Fourth True Monarch’s power. Similar to the situation with the thirteen coffins, he couldn’t manipulate them perfectly. But on a fundamental level, and in terms of personhood, they were a dramatically awesome force.
A sound rang out that surpassed any sounds of nature. It was greater than any dao resonance, as if it represented the order of the universe and the rules of the starry sky. The moment it happened, the carpenter’s square made of millions upon millions of stars in his left eye became manifest externally, revealing the power of order!
It was laid down to form the boundary of the world. It stood upright to outline the upper limit. It was inverted to determine the depth of the world. It was placed vertically to establish distance! Gradually, all of that converged into a square around Xu Qing. It became... a square world around Xu Qing.[1]
Within that independent world, chains began to flow, almost as if it were a prison isolated from the outside world. Xu Qing was being cut off from the local space-time! And that would leave him without a foundation! This was the way to vanquish his sea of chaos!
A very serious expression appeared in Xu Qing’s eyes as he realized that he couldn’t block this manifestation of order. Within this world, his consciousness was like a mortal being suffocated. It felt very uncomfortable.
That was because as he was separated from the space-time of the fourth world, he lost the augmentation of space-time, and he was losing the foundation he needed to keep his consciousness inside of Young Lord Aurora. All of a sudden, images appeared around him. They were blurry versions of himself, and they represented his consciousness, which had come and fused into Young Lord Aurora. But now... he was being separated, and so was his consciousness.
And yet, things weren’t over yet. Next, the circular compass in Sir Star Ring’s right eye manifested outside, and began to draw a circle around Xu Qing!
When the circle appeared, rumbling sounds filled heaven and earth, and great daos trembled. Within that circle was an infinitude of circles, layer upon layer all with a beginning but no end, creating life and death. This was reincarnation!
All of the circles were spinning at different rates, creating a terrifying gravitational force! It weighed down on Xu Qing, and combined with the previous force of expulsion to make it even stronger. It was going to fully drive Xu Qing’s consciousness out of the body of Young Lord Aurora, and expel it from this space-time.
Inside, Xu Qing sighed regretfully. In this version of history, Fourth True Monarch was truly a formidable person with great potential. He knew that he was no match for this. Yet he wasn’t flustered; from the moment he had decided to fight Sir Star Ring, he had begun preparing thoroughly.
As the images around him began to disperse, he reached up and rubbed his lips. That caused thunder to rumble. Countless lightning bolts converged, and cracking sounds rang out as they turned into the hand of an old man. When that hand appeared, everything in existence went still.
