Liu Xianwei let out a powerful roar as she launched a punch toward Liu Yizan.
He slightly tilted his head to dodge it, but his eyes suddenly widened in surprise.
Reacting quickly, he ducked just in time to avoid a swift kick that passed where his head had been moments ago.
Rolling to the side to avoid being encircled, he glanced back and saw his mother, Liu Yulan, standing with a sly smile on her face. She had launched the sneaky kick from behind.
"Mother, you're really getting good at those sneaky attacks," Liu Yizan said, trying to catch his breath.
Liu Yulan's smile widened as she replied, "And who was it that sneak-attacked me from behind first?"
Hearing this, Liu Yizan didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "That was over a month ago! Are you seriously still holding a grudge?"
Liu Xianwei, unrelenting, lunged at him with a fierce expression. "Then why don't you just obediently take our beating?"
Sidestepping her attack, Liu Yizan barely had time to react when he noticed his mother's fist just inches from his face.
Summoning all his strength, he pushed off with his leg, executing a quick backflip to gain some distance.
However, as soon as he landed, he found himself face-to-face with Liu Xianwei's incoming kick.
