Chapter 101
Ayla POV
It’s getting late. Why is he not coming? I’m hungry but I don’t want to eat too.
I kept on moving from this corner to that corner but he still isn’t coming. I know he comes home late sometimes and I didn’t even issue because I like to be alone but today I kept feeling uneasy.
My fingertips kept on shaking.
I walked toward my bed and picked up the phone.
I instantly dialled his number. It kept on ringing but no one received it, making me even more worried but when I went to dial James I felt a sharp pain in my lower part.
Am I already near my delivery date?
I’m not sure but it is still a month away then why is my lower part giving me this much pain as if it is going to rip this instant and baby will come out at any moment?
I still tried to dial but as the pain started growing stronger I wasn’t able to process a thing. I tried to walk downstairs but something wet kept on coming out from inside letting me know my water broke.
I didn’t move anymore but kept on staying on the upper stairs while holding the ground. The more time is passing the more my pain is growing stronger.
"Mom", I cried out loud despite knowing there is no mom for me.
I still picked up my phone somehow to call the ambulance but I don’t know who I ended up dialling while begging.
