"What do you mean by I won’t get what I came to get", I asked.
"You came for Ayla right?" Mr White asked.
I nodded.
"You came so late", as he said I felt as if the surface under my feet moving on its own or I couldn’t place my feet properly.
"Dad, what are you telling them? I don’t understand why did you let them in the first place and why are we even discussing about Ayla with them.... She is our family member, not theirs and why is this guy trying to meet Ayla? Who is he?" Jace kept on asking.
I couldn’t able to say anything. I was still sitting on the stairs.
No one said anything.
Not a single person uttered a word while Jace kept on asking about the situation.
"Jace, you shouldn’t interfere. You go to your room", Mr White said but I still don’t know why the family looks so distant from the first time I placed my feet here.
"No, dad!! I’m not going. I don’t want to go until you tell me what is happening."
"You did the previous time too and trying to hide things on your own and you are doing this again too."
"Jace, you are aware of the situation that you did the previous time and you may be aware of the situation too if you try to understand so just keep silent," he said while I felt Jace’s gaze on me.
