Chapter 44
Xenon POV
"Shall I go", Ayla asked looking at me. I kept on holding her hand as if I didn’t want to let her go.
"Answer me", she asked me again, making me land in reality.
"Um to be honest I don’t want to let go of you but I know you have to go", I was looking down.
"Look at me", she said, holding my chin as if I’m the one playing the girl role here.
I have no idea how every time I look at her I find myself pulling toward her. I feel as if we have some kind of connection which keeps us closer to each other like the Chinese beliefs about their soulmate.
"Find me!!" I heard one giggle which made me turn back but I found none.
"Hey, where are you looking ?" Ayla again made me look at her but I could hear the giggle kept roaming inside me.
"Ah nothing, you have morning class, right? Then you should go we will meet tomorrow", I said and kissed her forehead.
"Yeah miss me a lot until it makes your heart ache", she chuckled.
I know I’m fully attracted to her but somewhere I feel as if I’m missing something. I have no idea how. I didn’t forget anything from my childhood and Ayla too was one of them, my first love but then why did my insides keep on shivering every time I called Ayla?
