Chapter 5
I slowly woke up from deep sleep when I find my surroundings empty while the nurse entered through the door and came toward me.
"Whoa, you are here again", she said, raising her brows.
I scratched my head in embarrassment.
"So what happened today? Did you faint again? Or something else happened?" she asked.
I nodded.
"What made you faint?" she asked, which made me stay silent again while she didn’t force me any further.
"OK if you feel better now, then return to your room. I’m sure you already skipped one class", she said and was about to leave when I held her hand.
"Now what?" she asked.
"Um... where is he?" I asked.
"Who?" she asked.
"James?" I asked while I was trying to look up at her expressions.
"James? He didn’t come to school today because of something going on at his home", she said, making me widen my eyes.
