Chapter 110: Diana pays Dacey a visit
"Ahem... as much I would love to watch you guys fight each other, I am afraid I am going to be somewhat of a spoilsport here,"Alanna said smirking at each of the wrestlers present.
She paced at the top of the entranceway and let the crowd simmer a bit.
"Look, I was minding my own business backstage. But, I saw all of you out here, wanting a shot at the LWC Women’s Championship, and I felt a bit weird. I mean, I too want a shot at that title. And I very much want to punch Dacey in her face as well."
"So," Alanna paused dramatically and teased the crowd a bit. "I decided to come out here and put my name into the hat as well. You guys wouldn’t mind, would you?" Alanna said much to the cheers of the crowd.
"You!?"
Suddenly Evelyn’s disharmonious voice cut through the cheers.
"You mean, you too want a shot at the title? Alanna, kid, the grown ups are talking business here, why don’t you hop your little scrawny ass back to the lockerroom and let the adults handle the business here," Evelyn mocked mercilessly.
The crowd booed, letting her know what they thought of such words. However, Evelyn wasn’t done yet.
"And as for you two," Evelyn turned to look at Leia and Marie. "This is not a grocery store for you to queue at the counter and demand to be serviced. If both of you don’t hop out of my ring soon, I don’t mind doing what I did to Selena once again and put you both in the hospital as well."
Immediately, the tension in the ring amplified. The crowd booed after hearing Evelyn’s threat to indicate their displeasure. Marie dropped the mic and turned to face off against Evelyn.
As they started to mouth off at each other, Leia prepared herself to get into the ring as well. Leia threw her mic away and climbed onto the ring apron, prompting both Evelyn and Marie to turn and look at her. Even Allana shed her coat and started moving towards the ring.
Just then, the titantron came alive and Mr. Gibson’s tired face became visible.
