You Think I Won't Talk?

Chapter 107 — Departure to the Residence of Drama.

It’s great Marianne’s father suggested to go two days later.

It was comforting since I knew well that I wouldn’t be uncomfortable with my body’s cycle. Hence, today we are going out all day with the nice cute Duke on a search for those sweets... And dresses.

But most importantly, the sweets.

I’ve been waiting this day all this time. Nothing will get in my way.

’I shall obtain the heavenly sugar my tummy desires!’ — I thought aloud inside as I stared at the mirror reflecting our recently clothed body.

What I’m most thankful for, is that Paul hasn’t visited since the day before yesterday, so I’m feeling more rested and in less pain now that the monthly natural torture ceased too.

Wearing this pretty lemony yellow dress, I can go around without trouble.

Although it does look fancy, it also feels comfy. I feel a bit insecure since it has no sleeves, but the corset is holding my upper body quite well, specifically the nice pair I have... So... no lucky accident will grace the town’s people’s eyes today.

The tiny but detailed white decorations on the edges and the somehow shiny fabric are all it needs to make it look fancy. And the skirt, although it was fluffy, its creamy colour and light weight made it very fresh to wear. It also had another translucent cloth covering it adding a new touch.

This one is something I had never seen before, though.

It was one that had to be tied over the corset, and since it was kind of see-through, the yellow could still be seen. However, it was like a trimmed blanket that added the last ornaments needed for the dress to look even more wonderful.

If I had to compare it to something... I would say it’s like... Placing a flower upside down on top of a spherical glass... Or something... I don’t really know.
