Ningwan asked, "Yingzi, are you getting married to Wen Jianan?"
Jin Yingzi blushed, nodded, and said, "He proposed to me, and I accepted."
Wen Jianan said proudly, "You guys have no idea how grand my proposal was. Yingzi was so moved she teared up and agreed to marry me without even thinking."

Zhan Hanjue followed her around the courtyard and inside the main hall.

The pediatric hall, in particular, had more cartoon patterns added, so children could relax.

But just as she finished speaking, her phone rang. It was Wu Taotao.
Ningwan asked, "What’s up?"
"Ningning, try to talk some sense into Ye Shao! He insists on quitting his job and entering the entertainment industry," Wu Taotao said tearfully.
Ningwan raised an eyebrow.
"Alright, don’t worry, I’ll give him a call."
After hanging up, Ningwan quickly dialed Ye Shao’s number.
However, it seemed hectic on Ye Shao’s side, with continuous noise in the background. Ye Shao ran for a while before panting and asking, "Sis, what’s up?"
"I heard from Taotao that you quit your job. Why on earth did you do that?" Ningwan asked.
Ye Shao was silent for a moment, then slowly said, "Sis, I’ll find a chance to explain this to you. But I’m busy now, let’s talk later when I’m free."
With that, he hung up the phone.

He actually dared to hang up on her. The brat was getting gutsier.

Ningwan said angrily, "It’s that brat Ye Shao. Taotao just said he quit his job and asked me to talk him out of it. I called him, and he actually hung up on me, without even an explanation. He dared to hang up on my call!"

"You know?" Ningwan was surprised.
Zhan Hanjue said, "I talked with him last night. You and Wu Taotao both got drunk and fell asleep, so we had nothing to do and chatted for a bit."
