Chapter 2502: Inheriting Their Parents’ Excellent Genes
"Does he like to pull your little pigtails?" Jin Chenye was startled, looking down at the little girl in his arms with surprise and raised eyebrows.
"Not just pulling pigtails, he always steals kisses too. Every time I’m asleep, he kisses me and leaves saliva all over my face. When I scold him, he accuses me of drooling in my sleep. I hate him the most!"
Little Meimei said indignantly, her pink cheeks puffed red with anger.
"Besides pulling your pigtails and stealing kisses, what else has Jiang Nan done?" Jin Chenye’s eyes flashed, "Hasn’t your Jiang Nan ever done anything to make you happy?"
"...Seems like he has." Little Meimei tilted her head thoughtfully, counting on her fingers, "Jiang Nan gives me chocolate, brings me pretty puzzles, and when I sleep in class and don’t listen or do my homework, he secretly does my homework for me."
Little Meimei counted, her big eyes lighting up, "Jiang Nan doesn’t seem that bad, just a little annoying."
"Think again, maybe your Jiang Nan has done more good things, perhaps when you think about it, he won’t be annoying at all." Jin Chenye chuckled at the conflicted little girl in his arms, gently reminding her.
He could see that ever since Little Meimei was born, Jiang Nan seemed especially fond of her, always silently taking care of her.
However, his methods weren’t as clever as Tingye’s, more like doing good deeds and still inviting trouble, quite a loss if calculated that way.
Unlike Tingye, who usually kept quiet, always wearing a stern handsome face, yet Meimei relied on him tremendously. Looking at it this way, even Jin Chenye couldn’t predict what these little ones would grow up to be like.
And the clever little Youyou, who quickly claimed a foothold as soon as she appeared, a little rascal.
Inheriting the excellent genes of their parents, none of them were easy cases, if they started stirring things up, it’d be quite challenging.
