Chapter 1784: Is she drinking her own bathwater?
"Gulp, gulp—"
Ye Mingmei didn’t respond, but the sound of water being poured down could be heard.
Jin Chenye reached out and knocked on the door, "Mingmei, are you okay?"
"No, I’m fine, just thirsty, drank a little water..." Ye Mingmei’s goofy voice echoed from the bathroom.
"..."
Several black lines slid down Jin Chenye’s forehead.
Drinking water in the bathroom, could she be drinking her bath water?!
Seeing this scene, Jin Chenye felt completely uneasy.
He called for the waiter to prepare some hangover tea, remembering she hadn’t eaten much during the evening, he prepared some snacks too, and only then sat down on the sofa to wait for her.
Ye Mingmei seemed to have fallen asleep in the bathroom, for nearly half an hour, she hadn’t come out.
