Chapter 225: The Labyrinth: Epilogue (4)

In a dark room with a faint scent of dried herbs and where the mysteriously glowing liquid glowed from the winding flasks which felt like an alchemist’s workshop, a soft golden light flickered.

On the neatly cleaned table, something that was softly glowing golden was jumping around, expressing something. They were the five warriors who were the best at handling swords among the Golden Reapers.

The Gray Reaper placed a large sword of light that had been broken while using it and a small sword of light that had been broken while using it on the table, and he was explaining something with his hands and feet as if he was trying to tell them something.

The one listening to the Golden Reapers’ explanation was a tattooed alchemist woman. She was the alchemist in the workshop who was dressed in full alchemist attire. She was even carrying an alchemist’s sword.

“The small one is still fine, but the large one is completely broken.”

The alchemist muttered as she examined the two broken swords of light that the Golden Reaper had brought. The Golden Reaper’s Sword of Light and the Gray Reaper’s Sword of Light looked similarly broken, but in fact, they were completely different.

The smaller one was broken because it had been used for too long and had reached the end of its lifespan, while the larger one had been overpowered, making its inner working completely melted.

The Gray Reaper’s output is much greater than I expected. How can such a Magic Book exist?

The alchemist disassembled the Gray Reaper’s Sword of Light, which had been broken in a completely unexpected way and examined it as she exclaimed in admiration. She had never seen such a strong magic book before she died.

Then, the alchemist simply disassembled the smaller Sword of Light, replaced a few parts, and reassembled it.

The Golden Reaper’s First Sword received the repaired sword, created a blade made of light, swung it in the air once, erased the blade again, and smiled with satisfaction.

“It’ll probably take a while to fix this. I have to go to Seoul Forest and get some materials.”

The Golden Reapers didn’t understand what she said, but probably because they realized that it couldn’t be fixed right away, so they shrank down with slightly gloomy expressions.

Mom’s sword can’t be fixed?

The light from their firewood that had been shining brightly also dimmed a little, flickering with a gloomy beat.

Even though the alchemist was taking medicine to prevent herself from catching mind corruption, their expression and atmosphere made her carelessly pat the Golden Reapers’ head.

Normally, she would have taken out the anti mind corruption medicine and took it again, but she had given up for now. After all, even if she took medicine, she still found the Golden Reapers cute.

I have to go get some materials for the suppressant anyway, so I should gather some ingredients for the sword too while I’m at it.

The alchemist looked towards the north, to the direction where Seoul Forest, which was infinitely similar to the forest in his hometown, was, and thought so.
