Inside a thick fog that would make people think that the cloud had descended to the ground, The Agent Black and the blonde girl were walking.

However, the fog wasn’t as dangerous as the Agent Black had thought. In fact, after entering Mount Odae, he felt like it was safer than Seoul. There were no threatening Objects in sight, only cute Objects like cloudfish swimming through the clouds could occasionally be seen.

Even now, the cloud fish were rubbing their cheeks against the blonde girl’s side and acting cute.

“Ahjussi. There really are a lot of cloud fish here.”

Few cloud fishes were even lying on the blonde girl’s palm with its eyes closed as if it was sleeping.

After a few hours of walking around the foggy forest with the cloud fish, a giant staircase made of sturdy stones appeared before the Agent Black and the blonde girl. As they climbed the stairs that seemed to extend through the clouds to the end of the sky, the fog gradually began to shine brightly.

The light was so bright that it was hard to see it as a mere moonlight, so the Agent Black turned his head with concern and looked at the blonde girl.

But, the girl just smiled and shook her head.

“It’s not sunlight.”

As they climbed the stairs, the fog gradually thinned. With each step they took, the light coming down from the sky grew stronger and stronger.

Then, as they climbed the last step, the fog cleared like a theatre curtain being opened, and a magnificent sight unfolded before their eyes.

It was an old-fashioned village surrounded by a wall of swirling fog. It was a village hidden behind a veil that the Agent Black had not even known existed until the Yellow Detective told him about it.

In the sky above, a large moon was casting a soft orange light on the village in place of the sun. At the same time, various types of cloud fish were swimming gracefully in the sky.

Cloud jellyfish with translucent tentacles, majestic cloud whales, and countless other unnamed fish-shaped cloud fish were flying over the village, decorating the exotic scenery.

It was a village that felt like a city of mermaids created in the white sea.

“Wow! It’s really cool.”

The Blonde Girl shouted, her eyes wide open in wonder and excitement. At the same time, the girl’s red eyes sparkled in the orange moonlight, radiating curiosity.

The Agent Black answered, standing beside the blonde girl.

The Agent Black stood guard over the excited girl, but he couldn’t take his eyes off the quietness of the village and the beautiful flow of clouds fishes swimming in the sky.
