After hearing Li Ang’s plans, Catina nodded firmly in agreement. Although her current capabilities might not be sufficient, she was determined to learn diligently and shoulder her responsibilities.
The reason Li Ang chose Catina to head this department wasn’t because of her outstanding abilities. In fact, most department leaders really didn’t need much capability—just being reliable enough, working diligently, being good at utilizing people, and avoiding mischief, were often sufficient to do the job well.
Moreover, Catina embodied these qualities. She was trustworthy and took her work seriously, which was perfectly adequate.
"You agreed so quickly, aren’t you going to ask about the compensation?"
Li Ang said with a playful look.

"Either way, it’s better than what I’d earn on my own. Besides, many of my classmates are eagerly seeking internships at big companies, even willing to work for free. I feel quite satisfied just to have the opportunity to head a department."
