"Let’s search again, there must be a way to activate this city." Mu Can gritted his teeth, his intuition telling him that whether he could win the battle in the Death Space was greatly related to this city. "We must find a way to activate this city." Purple Cloud nodded in agreement.

Mu Can searched in the study once more, but found nothing.

"Where could it be?" Mu Can scratched his head in distress, feeling that he was very close to the truth, and yet still missing just a little bit.

It seemed like a window-paper that just needed a gentle poke to break through.

"Little brat, do you remember seeing a statue in the city when we first arrived? I felt something unusual about that place." Purple Cloud too was struggling to think, it was impossible for both of them to come out empty-handed from a treasure mountain.

"Let’s go." Mu Can was not one to hesitate, immediately he took Purple Cloud towards the statue in the city.

The statue stood in a plaza, which Mu Can and Purple Cloud had noticed when they first entered Reincarnation City. But they had only thought about entering the City Lord Mansion to search, ignoring the statue.

The pair arrived at the plaza, looking up at the huge statue, a sense of being insignificantly small welled up from the depths of their hearts.

If it was just Mu Can feeling this insignificant, it would have been fine, but now even Purple Cloud felt dwarfed by it, and this was terrifying, for Purple Cloud, though not at full strength, was inherently one of the Immortal Realm Supremes.

Now, just a statue was inducing an overpowering sense of helplessness from the depths of her being.
