Chapter 660: The CEO is back.
In the phoenix building, some of the directors and executives dressed in their elegant sharp suits gathered in the lobby and talked to each other with boisterous laughter and casual language. Their presence in the lobby made some employees nervous, it seemed like something important or someone important was preparing to make an entrance in their company. Most of the employees guessed that it was the CEO, who else would have all the executives gather in a lobby? So, a few employees who were not busy lazed around the cafeteria which provided a wide view of the lobby. They ordered for cups of coffee and then sat in the cafeteria to drink it.
Some finished their first cups and ordered for second ones.
One of the phoenix tv employees who was in the cafeteria was Ehuang. She was wearing a long white dress with a large belt around her waist to emphasize it’s slimness. She had paired the dress with long black high heeled boots which gave her an advantage in height compared to some of her friends in whose midst she was standing.
They were leaning against one of the tables which was closest to the entrance of the cafeteria and they were watching the executives curiously.
"It has been over fifteen minutes and the CEO has not arrived and yet the executives are standing around idly like that." One of the three women with Ehuang said.
"I know, right." Another said.
"I feel so bad for them." Ehuang said with this look of pity that she made so obvious on her face.
The others nodded as if Ehuang had just said something so wise.
But their little bubble was pierced by a nasty loud Pd Rao who was sitting with two other producers, having their first meal of the day after working for a larger part of the night.
