Chapter 557: Cake on the face
It had already been one week of being fed dog food by Jun Muyang and Chi Lian which to some was entertaining and to others, extremely irritating. They had proved it their point, not only did they prove it but they drove it in like a nail into a coffin.
Everywhere one went in the empire they were being discussed as if they were idols on a variety show. Some companies wee even seeking to have Chi Lian and Juan Muyang endorse some products for them. Muyang had been flabbergasted when Tao Yichen called him asking him to eat some foods from their company on the live broadcast.
He was not the only one however, even Huang Bolin sought him out to use some of their fishing outfits and rods on the live broad cast. It was true that everything they used on their fun vacation in the various activities was highly sought after.
The yellow donut Chi Lian used in tubing sold out, the cutlery they used, the wine they drunk, the clothes they were wearing, everything was highly sought after. What could be found was either sold out or imitations of those things were quickly made.
Pd Rao who was initially resistant to the show and it’s concept was walking around with a smile now. In fact, he was often heard complaining to others about how sad it was that the live broadcast was only going to air for less than two weeks. He had been trying to convince Chi Lian and Hun Muyang to extend their vacation to a moth or more. It seemed, that he had forgotten they both had businesses to run and Muyang had classes to teach.
On this fine day, Yan Daya was sitting with some of her friends in a Venus sweets shop which was also partly a café. They were eating small pieces expensive cakes which they were poking at because of all the calories.
To Yan Daya’s greatest annoyance, the large screen which was showing a drama and turned on phoenix TV.
"Tell them to change it back." Yan Daya ordered her assistant.
The employee who changed the channel back wore a very sulky expression on his face but he could do nothing about it because the customer was always right.
