Chapter 350: Anxiety
They came to an agreement not to say a word about the matter to anybody else for now until they had successfully come up with a solution.
But when they left grandma An’s bedroom, Biyu passed by and mama Chi retracted her newly found calmness.
"I can’t do it mother, I don’t trust her or any of her friends. I feel like I won’t be able to eat food in this house anymore because I will be too worried about what they have done to the food.
Moreover, how can I let Chi Wei sleep peacefully in that bed tonight. What if that Biyu drugs him and sleeps with him. I am thinking about so many negative effects of allowing her to stay in this house. What kind of mother will I be if I don’t protect my child?
I don’t care about anything else, they have to go tonight."
No matter how much they tried to ease her anxiety, she was so disturbed that if measures were not taken, she would not be sleeping tonight. Perhaps she would sleep right outside Chi Wei’s room to protect him.
Chi Lian too would not be able to sleep if her mother was this disturbed. And quite frankly, she was not willing to allow Biyu have anymore access to Chi Wei or his room.
Her mother was right, Biyu was not to be trusted. What if her plans failed to go through and she turned her viciousness to her helpless babies?
"Grandma, mother is right, Biyu has to go." Chi Lian dead panned.
"But.." Madam An wanted to wait for her husband to get involved.
"I will take care of it, mother and grandmother go and take check on dinner. Also speak to the butler and see what he knows about this situation.
