Chapter 162: The search for answers 2
The grip Muyang had on the doctor’s shoulder was tight. His fingers were digging into the shoulder painfully. The young doctor winced and tried to throw off the hand but it would not be moved.
"Sir, you are hurting me." He complained.
"Good." Muyang whispered in a dangerously soft voice. "If you lie to me, I will do more than hurt you." He threatened the young doctor. His voice sounded like that of one of those television villains just before they brutally murdered their victims.
The young doctor could not help but shiver worriedly. Who was this devil and what did he want? Mummy, he wanted to run and hide in his lab.
"Are we on the same page?" Muyang asked.
"Yes sir." The young doctor answered in a quaking voice.
"A few years ago, the old master of the Jun family delivered a sample here, semen at the request of doctor Ouyang to aid in his research. Fast forward to today and it appears that the semen was used for something other than research. You were his assistant, tell me what he did with that sample?"
The young doctor’s eyes widened in shock and a plethora of emotions quickly appeared on his face. His eyes moved back and forth guiltily. It seemed as if something had happened and he was shocked someone had found out about it. His mind was whirling with so many ideas on which excuse or lie to come up with and get himself out of this hole.
To Muyang, his behavior was obvious. He knew what the doctor was thinking easily.
"Don’t lie to me." Muyang cautioned him. "It will not be in your best interest to do so."
The young doctor was now sweating, beads of that sweat trailed down to his eyes involuntarily. Using his hands, he wiped the salty sweat from his forehead.
