Chapter 130: Stolen diamonds.
In the dressing area of the phoenix celebrities, Chi Lian was working hard with Qi Qing whose designs had been incorporated into the celebrity clothing line. The designs had been given to T4 who modified them a bit and then produced them with the equipment in the farm.
Qi Qing had signed a contract with Chi Lian to earn two percent of whatever amount of money each piece of clothing was to be sold for. Since the clothes were to be high end and limited, she would be earning quite handsomely.
A few models and celebrities were going to model the clothes later on in the day.
Du Moxi was also supposed to perform her song hello tonight on a snowing stage and her outfit was a bit complicated. The gown was supposed to be off the shoulder, white as snow and her hair long, flowing and snow white.
This performance was so worrisome because they were afraid Moxi would catch a cold or break down half way through her performance because of the cold.
"Is Moxi’s dress finished?" she asked Qi Qing.
"My lady, the small diamonds which are supposed to be glued onto the dress are missing." Qi Qing told her nervously.
"What, whose fault is this?" Chi Lian asked angrily. She had emphasized carefulness and safety. Somebody’s head was going to roll for this.
Qi Qing quickly fell to her knees and cried, "It’s my fault, I am so sorry, I left the diamonds here for a minute and when I turned around they were gone."
