Chapter 37: The Elite club
"Two step club, what a weird name for a club." She said to herself. "What kind of club is this?" Chi Lian asked Jun Muyang as he helped her out of the car.
"It’s a private club, members only."
When they got to the entrance, Wenzhe presented the card and they were granted access.
Once she saw the exquisite inside, she understand why it was a private club. The place was screaming someone dumped a boat load of money into me and made me beautiful, from the beautiful ceilings to the white tiled floors.
The glass tables were inlaid with gold; the spoons were also made of gold. There were marble statues of fish that were spitting water into a pond of expensive koi fish. A very large fish tank was sitting in an open space like it was in an aquarium and two vibrant red Arowana were swimming vigorously.
From the menu attached at the bar, the drinks were ridiculously expensive. The cheapest glass of wine was ten thousand yuan.
She subconsciously tightened the hold on her bag. She was not one to spend money lavishly and foolishly.
"This place is really expensive." She whispered in bewilderment to Jun Muyang.
He smiled as soon as he saw the look on her face. "As the woman after my heart, shouldn’t you grit your teeth and buy me whatever I want? I am a man with expensive taste."
Chi Lian could already see how draining this wooing process was going to be on her pocket. But one look at his handsome face and beautiful smile, all worries went flying out the door. Jun Muyang was worth every coin spent on him.
