Back in Kat’s POV
I bring the Jeep into the garage, greeted by a larger than expected welcoming committee. Not only is Lala here, looking positively radiant even the morning after her day at the spa, but the whole werewolf team is here, as well as Narishma.
I run over to Lala, giving her a good inspection. Her fur is so soft, I’ve got to find out what they used. Plus her skin is amazing, and she’s got perfectly manicured pink nails with white french tips and little stars in the middle. I’m about to congratulate her on her appearance when I notice something truly odd. The index fingers on 3 of the 4 werewolf team members are painted exactly the same as Lala’s.
"You look amazing Lala. And to celebrate your first real day off, we’ve done all the reports for you before we returned. All you’ll need to do is file them."
Lala cheers and runs to the paperwork case in the Jeep, quickly sorting it all before bouncing back to Narishma and handing her the whole stack.
"Here you go boss, mission report finalized and filed!"
Everyone’s laughing at her enthusiasm now.
"Before you all go" Narishma breaks up our fun time "I’ve got a development plan for you to go over Karl. The rest of you should come too, seeing as you’ll be living here for the foreseeable future."
"Development Plan?"
