I want to open a martial arts school here so I need to buy some lands to build the school and to thank uncle Lu for his help the other day " Yue passed the things the brought politely to the village head making all family members eyed them especially his granddaughter who saw the snacks, being able to eat snacks was a blessing for the peasant families since they couldn’t afford candies let alone such snacks..... which made them all started salivating and swallowing hard

" village head we don’t plan on farming on the mountain... we’ll buy a few acres of farmland along with the mountain. The mountain is for the purpose of the school and where we plan to build our house there " Xiao Ling said politely
" since you say that then okay... but we have to go to the county to buy the mountain directly from the yamen. " the village head reluctantly said, tho building a martial arts school was a good thing for the village but he thought it was a waste of money to buy the whole mountain for that... that was a lot of silvers they were talking about.
