The rest also started picking up the dishes one by after after YanZhi, tears almost flowed out of Xiangzhi, Chuntao and Yue eyes as they had never tasted anything like this before not even the famous restaurants in the county can cook like this..
" sister-in-law your crafts are very delicious, not even the restaurants in town can cook like this.... you’ll have a lot of regular customers when you open a restaurant in the county with this crafts" Xiangzhi praised making Yue and Chuntao nodded in agreement
" mistress, gongzi is right... your dishes are more delicious than what we ate at the restaurant yesterday, I don’t think any restaurant can complete with your dishes" Yue added as she sped up in picking the dishes forgetting her table manners
" you think so?...." Xiao Ling asked feeling motivated as he glanced at YanZhi who was eating calmly as always waiting for his praise, YanZhi arched his brows when he saw Xiao Ling glanced at him with anticipation
"I now see where your confidence comes from.... your restaurant will do well. Even the famous chefs in the capital can’t compare to your cooking" Just hearing this from YanZhi inspired him more.
" eldest brother you’ve been to the capital?" Xiangzhi asked shocked, they knew that YanZhi journeyed when he left home but they didn’t know where exactly he journeyed to.
" Hm " was YanZhi’s short answer seemingly not willing to elaborate... Xiangzhi understood and didn’t ask any further. They placed down their chopsticks when they were all satisfied, Yue, Chuntao and Xiangzhi didn’t want to stop eating but they had to stop since their stomachs couldn’t take in anymore..... Xiao Ling packed the rest up the rest of the vegetable dishes and buns nicely for Xiangzhi and Chuntao to take it home to the rest for a taste, he went aboard and made a lot since it was for celebration. Chuntao stood up with Xiangzhi to help Yue clear the table but were stopped by Yanzhi
" Leave that to Yue, the family should be having their dinner now right... take the packed dishes to them. You mentioned of borrowing money because you’re short of money right, take this" YanZhi ordered and and passed Xiangzhi a silver ingot which was equivalent to ten taels... Xiangzhi wanted to refute but YanZhi didn’t give him a chance and saw them out of the door before coming back to finish the rest of the wine with Xiao Ling as they conversed in smiles leaving Yue to do the dishes.
