Chapter 79: Strange Beast
Chapter 79 – Strange beast
The battle had begun.
The Warborn soldiers didn’t even hesitate for a second. They all took out their weapons and ran toward the beasts like rabid berserkers, bloodlust in their eyes.
Soon, battle erupted throughout the deserted wilderness. Weapons clashed against claws of steel. Blood-hungry soldiers met blood-hungry beasts.
There was no mercy. No hesitation. Only one thing filled the heads of everyone present—kill. Kill the one in front of you. Nothing more.
The Warborn didn’t fight in formation. From afar, they looked like mindless savages, chaotic and disorganized.
But you couldn’t be more wrong.
They were soldiers forged by war and fire—born in blood, raised through endless battle. Their instincts were sharp, brutal, and relentless. They didn’t need to coordinate. They didn’t need to speak. Each of them simply knew what to do—and they did it flawlessly.
Blood started to spill across the sand as death began to take hold. The soldiers cut through the beasts like blades through flesh, using their weapons and a multitude of powers that reflected their origins.
Some used fire, engaging the steel-burning monsters in a violent contest of heat—each trying to see who could cook the other faster and more thoroughly.
Others relied on pure strength, tossing their weapons aside and choosing instead to use their fists—and oh, how strong they were. One punch, and the beasts were left disoriented, stunned, or simply reduced to pulp.
