Chapter 40
It all felt like a joke, like Yuki’s ego was crushed. Swiftly, he ran into the direction of the toilet on the right and shut the door. "Ewh, the fuck is here dirty..." He held onto his nostrils, leaning his back on the door despite being uncomfortable with the green patches growing on the frame. He placed his ears on the door.

"Papa, are you kidding me? You brought a gun along with you?" Airi who was now fully clothed in her original wear with a pretenful smile spreading across her lips said. Kenji heaved in and out, steam blowing from his head visibily.
"I don’t believe it. Where is that damned dickhead ex-boyfriend of you? He thinks he can be screwing my daughter in my workshop."
"Hey, hold on that. No one is screwing me, just like I said, I was watching porn. I was just so horny, you know girl’s hormones."
Kenji’s eyes narrowed, scanning the workshop like a hunting wolf. "Don’t you dare lie to me, Airi. You think I don’t know what a half-naked man looks like? Or what sex smells like? If I get him, he is dead."
In a fit of rage, his eyes glanced back to the stool where he had left Yuki and then he remembered Yuki. He dropped the gun and sighed. "Did Yuki leave? I got him a ramen pot. Damn,"
"He went shortly for a run. He told me he’d be back. I heard you got an extra ramen plate for Yuki, is there one for me? I’m starving." Airi lifted her head, her eyes squinting into a beaming eyes alongside her lips pouting. Kenji hissed, walking over to the table where he had the foods placed on before his chase for her supposedly ex boyfriend.
"Awn, I love you, Dad," Airi’s smile widened as she ravaged through the ramen cups, her fingers flying over the plastic lids until— She found the right one!
"Seaweed miso with spicy tofu and boiled quail egg. Jackpot!" Airi squealed, her voice loud enough for anyone near by the workshop to hear. Kenji grinned at his girl’s reaction and watched while she pulled out her favorite flavor still with a soft squeal. "You really do love me."
Kenji grunted, still pacing and half-distracted. "Hm," He was lost of words to say. His mind was fixated on finding that man but when he searched through, there was no person except from Airi there. "Go wash up, I’d heat the food for you." He covered up the lid and took it along with it to another corner of the workshop.
