Chapter 135 Intrigued
Roman could feel it, it was like a light thread tugging at his Mana core, and soon he felt more than one thread. He still couldn’t feel the Mana coursing through the thread, but it was something.
Roman took a deep breath, covering the rock with his hands as he infused Mana into the rock, and for the first time, he felt a thread leading all the way to his hands. He could feel something in the thread, and immediately knew he got it.
Roman opened his eyes with a smile on his face. He finally felt his own Mana for the first time; it truly wasn’t something hard; he just needed to focus.
"Finally, I just have to keep practicing" Roman muttered.
"Mana control in the academy," a voice spoke, and Roman almost jumped as the voice came from behind him.
He stood up immediately but of course he was in a lotus position and fell down on his butt as he turned around.
The person behind him was shrouded in darkness. It was dark, but he should be able to see the person as his eyes had adjusted, and the moon was out, but he still couldn’t tell till the darkness eventually vanished from the person behind him.
"Miss Victoria" Roman spoke as he saw her, he recognized her face since it was very easy to.
Her black hair covered a part of her face, and the clothes she wore looked like Royal attire. Evelyn had already introduced her back when Roman was in the palace.
"Ohh...you know, I thought you wanted to do this just because you can, I didn’t realize you were serious about becoming a mage" She replied.
"I’m serious" Roman replied.
"But you’re just learning Mana control, no matter how fast you learn, you’ll never catch up with your female counterparts, and you have a tournament in 5 weeks, you’re going to lose" Victoria spoke as she sat on the ground.
